I found the bill at http://www.leg.state.or.us/01reg/measures/sjr1.dir/sjr0036.intro.html It was sponsored by Senator ATKINSON at the request of Oregon Grocery Industry Association. He is out of Grants Pass. His site is at http://www.leg.state.or.us/atkinson/home.htm and has an e-mail link. You'd be better off sending an e-mail or calling your own senator who has to at least listen to you since you vote in their district. Atkinson does deserve anger for doing this. |
