I have the same problem, and I am now waiting for a hearing regarding the denials. This has now been 6 months, 3 denials, an IME denial, and now waiting for a hearing date. This hassle of denials is standard wc procedure. The work over the weak broken down person , in a battle that only the strong survive. I love their defeats, and I will continue to fight for my fair entitlement. |
