Hi David I've been on W/C for two years now. I'm in CA. too. Employers can be very nasty when it comes to an injury, and most of the time they’re not in the right. I went through the same thing with my employer. Then I got a lawyer and he straitened them right out. They never bothered me again. You really need to get one if you want to be treated right.
