I am a Pharmacist--on w-c from rotator cuff from opening the push and turn child-proof prescription vials. Out 12 weeks--healing. Dont want to go back to the workplace with those child proof caps till I dont hurt inside when working the caps. Just got word--a Pharmacist transfered to my store and scuttle is I am out. Can anyone tell me what my mindset should be? I know the company has to do what it must to keep the department going--they had been using floaters up to now. What can they do legally for a job for me when I am healed and ready to return? |
