I was working for a temporary service when I was injured on the job in kentucky. I've heard temp services don't have to pay you for lost wages. I can't work at my regular job because of the accident. So I'm out those wages as well. Is this true? I broke my shoulder in a fall. I'll be off work six to eight weeks. Thanks for any help ....I'm lost. |
