I have been injured on the job and now am being told by w.c. that they are denying my claim because it is not job-related. I have been on light duty for a long time now and still even with the light duty have pain in my hands! I am frustrated but am not giving up until they pay for what has happened! Anyone with any ideas for me? let me know!

Kimdrey,

A law firm Web site at http://www.jaffylaw.com/
has an enormous amount of info on Ohio workers' comp law. Info on your ombudsperson is found by clicking the image link near the top row entitled "Ohio Workers' Compensation Information." Ombudsperson info is at the end of that linked page.

Good Luck,
