Hi to all early this week in Eire Pa. a Federal civil law suit was filed against three workers comp. Judges two Attorneys and insurance company and the employer.One of the attorney was served at a appeal board hearing in front of the appeal board. All the attorney did was push the papers to the side of the table.I will be able to post some of the civil suit in a few weeks. It's 120 page long. Their was a second law suit filed by other person but I don't have the info on that one. Will keep you posted |
