Just wondering, your husband will be entitled to receive timeloss if they reopen his claim for vocational assistance. It will depend, if he is placed in an on-the-job situation he may only receive salary as long as that salary is equivalent to his wage at injury. If you have further questions please call 800-452-0288 and speak to a Benefit Consultant about your husbands rights. If they can't answer the questions you have they know who will know the answer and can get you to the correct party for help. |
