I was trying to find out if in Pennsylvania an Insurer can force an employee to submit to an IRE, past 60 days of 104 weeks of disability ? After reading Act 57 in section 306(a.2) It still seems unclear, it states that it has to be done within 60 days of reciept of 104 weeks of compensation. But later goes on to talk about if the IRE is done within the 60 day period or after it? I am VERY unclear about this. If there is anyone with any knowledge of this please, help me out.
