out of work for months with bad back injury ins. company wants to give me a cash settlement any ideas how i can find out what its worth!!!!! |

Get an attorney when they insult your intelligence with their pathetic final offer but remember there's time limits in everything workers' comp related so they'll try to string you along. Also...Never trade away future medical. |

Posted At 02:21:00 05/09/2001 illinois gives percent of body loss as a whole.....figure how hurt you are and go from there......agree with not giving away future medical...my last back surgery was over $100,000....take care! |
