I was told that this 60% reduction since '90 doesnt include those regualar and huge refunds that SAIF hands out to policy holders. Is this true?? If so, it's just another example of the state sponsored propanganda machine manipulating the facts just like they do on percentage of denied claims. I don't know about you, but rates went up about 150% during that time with no house or auto claims. |
