Maybe this ruling with get the state attorney general to investigate the insurance lower-than-dirt scum. It seems their bonuses are determined by how high their denial rate is. Gives new meaning to "profiting from the misery you inflict on others" |

Posted At 10:23:52 05/12/2001 That would make them think twice before they fabricate reasons to deny a claim. I have mine on tape lieing through her teeth telling my my time had expired to appeal when it hadn't. |
