You should try to retain your health plan at work, even if you can not afford to do so. You can cut something else out of the budget. Hopefully your doctors, and lawyers from your health plan will back you up. There's a ton of loop holes they can use to denie your claim, so beware, and prepaired. All things being proper, you'd think any problems arrising from your original injury would be part of the package. |
