I strongly urge you to amend federal regulations made by Bill Clinton that would allow the goverment and third parties to have access to my confidential medical records. I demand that the goverment recognize my right to privacy and not allow my medical records to be shared with the goverment, medical organizations or any third party without my expresed written consent.
