I live in CA and just received my Physician's Permanent & Stationary Report. Can someone explain to me what does a category based on the California permanent disability ratings of frequent minor shoulder dislocations which would create a rating standard of 13% mean? It states that I can't return to my usual occupation and that there are activities at both home and work that I cannot do as well now as could be done prior to this injury and there are activities that I cannot do at all...where do I stand now? What will happen next and is there anything that I should/should not do? Can someone help/advise? |
