Any thing that has to do with workmans comp means your in it for the long haul. Since you were injured in an auto accident you can bet that the w/c carrier will get their bucks for your treatment long before you will ever see any type of settlement. As far you expecting a settlement. Figure out what the minimum you will take, then cut that in half, you will be lucky to get that much. Believe me you will not get rich, you will barely be able to pay your bills. Good luck you will need it. |
