Currently on short term disability with coronary heart disease. I had a severe angina attack(2 days in hospital) when being laid-off (reduction in force). Since I was still an employee at that time i am on short-term diability. I also pay extra for long term disability. Since the initial layoff, the company has tried to lay me off 2 more times but can't due to me being on disability. I need professional legal advice from someone in the Boston area specializing in this particular situation. |
