i'm not familiar with malpractice at all but my case invoved a third party lawsuit wich i won in pa. upon my settlement of my award workman's comp reclaimed every penny they had paid out. after my many months in the hospital then in rehab their total costs were just over 1.6 million dollars and their portion comes right off the top of any settelement in that state! good luck to you Larry |
