I was injured in an industrial accident in December 1998. I got workman's comp then. Recently I reinjured my back at work (same company). My doctor says it is a reoccurence of previous damage. Can I reopen my earlier case. The new injury did not hurt immediately, so was not reported for several days. I am no longer employed by this company. I am in North Carolina. What should I do? |
