I have RSD in my right foot, has now transfered to the left foot and might
be in the knee area now also.

I had no trouble getting my surgeries approved or any procedures once
I got to the Pain Management Dr. But in the beginning it was awful I
had a regular "whore" doctor who did everything that work comp wanted
including sending me back to work on supposed Light Duty. It was a fight
from March 99 to December 99. Then I had good care from my treating
physician who is well versed in RSD. He is wonderful. I wish you luck.
Keep getting other opinions and push for better care. Get an attorney
if you don't have one alreadyl. RSD is lifelong. I can and will spread.
Don't mess around.

I am looking for information on any settlemet cases in
relation to Work Comp cases, in any State. I am in Tennessee.
If anyone knows of any please link me up.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
