The very second you are hurt on the JOB.! your Employer is looking for your % of fault, so as to turn the fault around back @ you (YOUR ADMISSION TO GUILT) so as to drop your claim...! KEY word, "LAWYER" EMPLOYERS will say. AS soon as you get a lawyer we can no longer talk..! (HOPING YOU WILL SAY I HAVE ONE..! they will then rush through to the insurance company the "NEWS" they will then deny your CLAIM..! you will then in turn hire the lawyer you lose either way. P.S. This is only (1) angle, " THE WORKERS COMPENSATION LAW READS IF YOU HIRE A LAWYER, YOU ARE SAYING IT'S A THIRD PARTY FAULT. IN TURN RELIEVING YOUR EMPLOYER OF ANY WRONG DOING OR FAULT .THE EMPLOYER CAN ELECT TO STILL HELP BUT MOST WILL NOT. P.S. AS soon as your HURT the Employer already know if it's a third party fault or not..! most are "NOT" most injuries are caused by you the EMPLOYEE, that's very simple folks..! I only need for you to examine your case & what % of fault was yours. Your co workers will be asked what they have witnessed this is the other reason your claim will be "denied" most cases that are scam able are ones with no witnesses, but are obvious you where hurt on the job..! P.S. First keep your mouth shut never admit guilt always make sure you obey all safety rules. say what happened honestly, in most cases your employer will help BUT never hire the lawyer no matter what.! If you have to hire a lawyer you where already exposed to the deposition process & must have said something for them to deny your claim..! (only hire a lawyer as I said before we cannot be put under oath in any court that's a fact..! ALSO REMEMBER..! you are stating that it is a third party fault JUST BY HIRING THE LAWYER..! No..! one is going to tell you this but me..! P.S. Have you ever seen that old Loader, that runs around with the hydraulics not working, yet the mechanic has asked the EMPLOYER to fix it, but they never do?? They do not care if you get hurt! because you could never prove the EMPLOYER was negligent..! most SAFETY personal will say you were negligent & deny your claim ONLY based on what you say so be wise..! |

Posted At 12:54:26 07/01/2001 First of all, i would to say your template does not fit everyone, of course. i was injured on the job as a track driver. and my employer did not have any w/c insurance!!!! go figure! huh!? so the only thing i could do is hire an attorny. there is no way i was going to represent myself in what may be a messy law suit, seeing as how my employer , which i will refer to as a "LOSER". is refusing to pay me any weekly wage. so chew that one up and tell me what you think. respectfully Bob |
