Take the case of a construction worker, North to ALASKA..! Say you and a couple 5 FIVE co workers were installing A BRAND new VALVE With SOME BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT & THAT "NEW" PIECE OF EQUIPMENT CAUSED THE LOSS OF YOUR FINGER..! that's a THIRD PARTY so long as that piece of equipment has not been around for more than 10 years and is a new piece of equipment. Might even get the EMPLOYER in on that one. P.S. The person involved did win 2 million in this case 2 years ago..! most people now days will get 2 million in wages paid bi weekly for the rest of their life depending, & Medical is usually part of the settlement..! P.S. NEW" is the key word..! |
