P.S. This is my point read your statement below makes no sense does it! that's right BECAUSE THE EMPLOYER WILL FIND ANOTHER WAY TO GET RID OF your CLAIM .So this is why you have to "KISS" UP TO your EMPLOYER with out lying so you can get benefits. BECAUSE LIKE YOU STATED BELOW "NO" FAULT BUT AS always the find safety, reason they will deposition co workers that could say he hurt himself snow machining 2 years ago you will always lose.. the only way to win is if their is NO" third party suit "KISS" UP because you will lose in the end sorry folks it's only true..! P.S.because they've found other deviously creative ways to deny/re-close claims to get around "no-fault." |
