Third party is totally different, lawyers work deals like 6 million medical 2 million in lost wages paid BI-weekly. ECT::..!!! most EMPLOYERS will pay for you while the case is on going, that's only if in the beginning your lawyer knows he's going to have a case. The lawyer's (BOTH) & INSURER get together & discuss the probability, and then proceed to take care of you..! "NO" CASE NO lawyer.! |
