That's right as you sitting home waiting 3 weeks go by and you make a phone call to that lawyer, ( WHICH IS WHAT THEY WANT ) or Employer & they all lie about your pay check. Had you waited 29 days your check would have been in the mail..! P.S. This is the answer for the EMPLOYEE who works for a EMPLOYER that does have INSURANCE & you went in a couple days later and filed your paper work with your EMPLOYER for WORKERS compensation. P.S. Secret IF you call your EMPLOYER OR LAWYER before the 29th day they will say all kinds of lies making you believe their screwing you so as to think you need to run right out & hire that LAWYER, then BOOM" the EMPLOYER IS off the "HOOK" only you the EMPLOYEE is the only (1) that doesn't know. IT's LEGAL THAT your EMPLOYER lies also because like all other CASES it's impossible to PROVE that you were lied too. P.S. WATCHDOG IS THE LIAR ON THIS BOARD. |
