Posted At 12:59:41 07/06/2001 my reasons aside from a natural revolution was that i felt i would have to give up to many rights under the workers compensation laws and regulations. P.S. Reb this is a deep subject but I will try to figure out away to explain this subject. but as you wrote above & did not even realize something is some "KEY" words "LAW'S" & ("REGULATIONS" )..The act of regulating or the state of being regulated. A principle, rule, or law designed to control or govern conduct. A governmental order having the force of law. Also called executive order.) RULES: A set of conditions or standards which have been agreed upon. regulated: To control or direct according to rule, principle, or law statute: A decree or edict, as of a ruler. REGULATIONS: are not law just a bunch of twisted mumbo JUMBO.! Remember going to "school when you were a kid & you took one of those TEST any test they give you always could have more than (1) answer to the question..! well that is how the GOVERNMENT plays the game when their about to lose they change the "ANSWERS" to fit so their ahead again so you lose LAWYERS do this also because they can.. WORKERS COMPENSATION LAWS are actually not in EMPLOYEES favor as much as they would like you to believe only a THIRD PARTY..! P.S. I will explain later.! |
