First I need to know, what type of "INJURY you HAD or still have. was this a Third party, "CLAIM" or Just hurt on the JOB related EMPLOYER/INSURER/self Insurance claim.! IF I know the "TYPE" of INJURY & also (third-party/EMPLOYER) I CAN tell you more about how it works & why..! |
