I live in Maryland and was wondering about Workmans Comp. Is Maryland a state where if you are injured coming to or leaving work covered under workmans comp. I was in a car accident and have been off for 6 weeks. I have used all my sick time and vacation time. Am I entitled to workmans comp??....Please help me with an answer |

Posted At 15:51:31 07/17/2001 Gil....Go to www.workerscompensation.com. They have all the states statutes and rules. You may be able to find an answer there. In most states it depends on whether or not you were performing an activity for your employer at the time of the accident. Hope it helps. |
