Yes I have in my foot. It has been going on for over a year and half and I tore ligaments and ripped other stuff in my foot and never got surgery and got RSD that w/c is still trying to fight. I have seen 9 Dr.s They all agree I have RSD and yet that's not good for w/c so now they are appealing the RSD and said I would possibly have to do another IME. hey will keep going until the injured person gives up or until one of their Dr.s agrees with them and all the sudden oooppps you have something but not RSD. Guess what you don't get much of a settlement to care for yourself. Keep fighting. Don't give up because that is exactly what they want you to do. E-mail back if you want to talk more. |
