I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO WRITE A BRIEF. THIS IS THE NEXT DANCE STEP FOR ME TO LEARN.....TEACHERS OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP?? PLEASE RESPOND.
ALSO I NEED TO KNOW THE QUESTIONS TO ASK SURGICAL DR. (HOW TO WORD THEM)
ON WHETHER OR NOT CTS WAS CAUSED BY WORK .....ATTORNEY WOULD NOT BE SPECIFIC WHEN I WENT FOR CONSULTATION.....IMAGINE THAT?

I assume you're talking about legal briefs. You should make every attempt to find an attorney.
    You don't say what state you're in
. As far as the deposition of a physician, in person or written, use the Oregon DCBS site (or others that include actual hearing cases) and see what was asked of those physicians. Visit the WI "Government" and "Legal Links" pages for links to sites. Read actual cases and use the info listed (copy and paste)and then tailor it for your brief. If you live in Oregon you might also want to call the Workers' Compensation Ombudsman (who unlike most others are not biased in favor of employers) at (800) 452-0288, (503) 378-3351

I hope this helps. I check this forum every couple days if you have any other questions. Be careful what you ask though since insurance companies and DCBS (WC Division) administrators visit here. Other than that I can't be of much help, especially if your claim is out-of-state (laws vary greatly).

HAD NO LUCK FINDING AN ATTORNEY TO HELP WRITE BRIEF.....GOING TO LOOK OVER OREGON WORKMANS COMP LAW TEXT......STILL LOST....UNSURE OF MY SELF....BUT I GUESS I CAN ONLY DO THE BEST I CAN WITH WHAT I HAVE TO WORK WITH. THANKS FOR YOUR MUCH NEEDED SUPPORT.
