Has anyone got any info on the new legislation about IME's? I have heard bits and pieces of information, saying that WE would get to pick our own IME dr's! Anyone know anything about that? |

Posted At 16:34:42 06/20/2000 I do not know where you live but in Florida I was allowed to pick my own IME doctor --- the only stipulation is that he had to do WC. So I went a saw one that was referred by my attorney. He was located about an hour away from where I live. This doctor reiterated everything I already knew about my condition and was in agreement about me not being able to work. |
