Don't sign anything releasing the dirt bags. Sorry to say it is going to take way longer than you have patience for. Find a lawyer who specializes in workman's comp. You didn't say where you are. You didn't say what is hurt, can you function as a guard, ticket taker, estimator, accountant. With sergury do you think you could go back to 5 minutes before you had your life changing experience? Beware the IME, and be truthful, they'll eat you for breadfast, that's how they make a living, beating up on people who stumble into the system, the Venus Fly Trap! |
