And that is the truth. I have got all kinds of things going on here in Medford and the funny thing is they are being covered up left and right. I guess what your organization needs is some cash. I know I was hurt on the job, a cross between two things. Down here in Medford trying to prove it is one thing. How can a person fight a workers compensation, when the company you are up against has all the money and power in the world clean from doing mail, phones, ect. I have some ideas, and what it will take is the best attorney in the state. Guess they wouldnt want my case tho I only worked 13 years and at the end as I was trying to leave the work place for a job I created myself,lets just say a employee hit my trigger zone and I had to leave a place that I thought was safe from those kind of things. So my hours went down to 25 and now I can't do either one. My injuries show up, The same time I wanted to leave the 12 year job!! Its been almost two years and the area that is killing me still hasnt been tested!! And you want to know something else, for what ever reason they are painting me as a drig addict, go figure when the area's that are killing me are being over looked. Hey I did do something great tho, even tho it is not word for word as I put it. Posted At 11:15:43 12/29/2000 I know I have said this over and over, but you need a good attorney. They are hard to find but I have found one, and he is in Oregon. My case is similar, at least give him a call, he gives a free consultation. I wish I had, had him in the beginning when work was starting to treat me like dirt. I can't tell you how much my life improved, when they knew I had him. Sure you will have to pay him if you win, and for me the piece of mind in knowing that he knew what to do and did it was worth all of it. I just wanted my medical bills paid, and to be able to recover without the hassles of not knowing the comp. system. No, I don't work for this lawyer, but its my way of giving help. In the hopes that one person might not have to go through all the crap that I did. And he will tell you if he can help you or not and if he can't he will tell you. 1-888-7complaw...what do you have to loose no more that you aready have...Good Luck!!! |

Posted At 16:45:10 12/29/2000 Thank you so much for your post. It means a lot to me. I did go before the workmens comp court on my own it was very hard. The judge did though see my point, and I did get a letter telling the company I work for to pay up. They have 30 days from the time of the letter to disregard, my injury so in the mean time I am not stopping. The doctor reports and all of my witness that went with me, knows how hard I tried to get to the right answers. They my friends and what the doctors notes say dont jive, and so if that is the case, we need to stop and have a prayer for our state and the laws in affect and the doctors that do the right thing, thank them when you find one. I have notice they are few and far between espesially when one makes a mistake the cover up goes on and on. I pray for them and hope that they too will get behind the wheel and try to make this a better system for our children and theirs as well. I love to work and do things when you have a body that can't enjoy a full day holiday, well its time to regroup and do the best you can to help others.
