Towards the end of the Oregon Legislative session a member of MLAC had started to vote in the best interests' of Oregon workers which had not always been the case. I will not go into details but due to this MLAC was no longer a slam-dunk for the management side during votes. This may be the reason why the management side forced an end to meetings by refusing to attend.
Terapin, you do not have all the answers and in this case I decided to put you in your place. At the same time I will not start a pissing contest with you since you obviously enjoy playing head games.
